This is an opportunity to remember our parents. Regardless whether they are still with us or they have passed on, we can foster gratitude for everything they have done for us, and we can be their beautiful continuation.

How do we recognize the good and not so good elements inside of us and to reconcile with our past difficulties so we can have a better future? In this retreat, you will have a chance to do guided-sitting meditation on the subject of the 5-year old child within, practice walking meditation with/for your parents, and to begin anew with them.

There will be a beautiful Rose Ceremony to honor our parents and the compassion and love that they have given us. You will have time to write love letters to your parents and practice the six mantras of love so you can take better care of yourselves, your parents and ancestors. You will also get in touch with Mother Earth and Father Sun, as they are our main sources of life.
