Online Mindfulness Practice Session on Thursdays

Dear beloved friends,
You are invited to join us on Zoom for our Online Mindfulness Practice Session on Thursdays with Magnolia Grove Monastics. Different monastics will facilitate the practice session. Format will vary each time.
The program will be as follows (subject to change):
– 5′ introduction
– 15′ guided meditation,
– 30′ Dharma talk
– 45′ Questions and Answers / “Gallery” Sharing / Sharing in breakout groups
Newcomers welcome. No previous experience with meditation required.
When: Thursdays at 04:00PM – 5:30 PM Central Time

What to Wear
Please wear casual and modest clothing that is comfortable for sitting (i.e. long sleeve shirt (shirt covering shoulders), long pants (below the knees), loose fitting clothes…).
Your happy smile, peaceful sitting posture, and joyful presence are the greatest gifts to those who attend the session. Therefore, we warmly invite you to have your camera on in the session :).
