Weekly Online Mindfulness Practice on Thursdays

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Dear beloved friends,
You are invited to join us on Zoom for our Weekly Online Mindfulness Practice Session with Magnolia Grove Monastics.
The program will be as follows (subject to change):
– 5′ introduction
– 15′ guided meditation,
– 30′ Dharma talk
– 45′ Questions and Answers or Dharma Sharing
Newcomers welcome. No previous experience with meditation required.
When: Every Thursday at 04:00PM – 5:30 PM Central Time

What to Wear
Please wear casual and modest clothing that is comfortable for sitting (i.e. long sleeve shirt (shirt covering shoulders), long pants (below the knees), loose fitting clothes…).
To support our friends in preparing for Thanksgiving and for the monastics to rest after the Three Month Autumn retreat, our weekly online practice session will resume on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
