Refreshing Our Body and Mind Retreat

Dear Beloved Friends,

You are warmly invited to join us on Zoom for our Online Mindfulness Practice Session on
Thursdays with Magnolia Grove Monastics. Different monastics will facilitate the
practice session. The format may vary.

Sessions are led by monastics of Magnolia Grove Monastery every Thursday afternoon.

We look forward to seeing you there!

– 5′ Introduction
– 15′ Guided meditation,
– 20′ Dharma talk
– 20′ Gallery Sharing / Sharing in small breakout groups / Questions and Answers

Newcomers welcome. No previous experience with meditation required.

Thursdays at 5:00PM – 6:00 PM US Central Time

After registering via the link at the bottom of this post,  you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Many people have asked us to record the sessions and make them available for later
viewing so some of the sessions are live streamed to youtube.com/magnoliagrovempc or/and  facebook.com/magnoliagrovemonastery
You will be informed by the facilitator if the session is live streamed.

Please wear casual and modest clothing that is comfortable for sitting e.g. long-sleeved
shirt (shirt covering shoulders), long pants (below the knees), loose fitting clothes etc.

Your happy smile, peaceful sitting posture, and joyful presence are the greatest gifts to
those who attend the session. Therefore, we warmly invite you to have your camera on
during the session so we can all benefit from the collective energy :).
