12 Step Retreat 2025
Healing is Every Breath

Wednesday, August 23rd to Sunday August 31st, 2025.
Dear Friends,
Join us for a transformative retreat designed specifically for individuals with addiction.
This retreat offers a safe, supportive, and serene environment to deepen your recovery
journey. Through a variety of guided activities, you’ll cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and a greater sense of connection with yourself and others.
Our retreat program includes: eating in silence, sitting meditation, walking meditation, relaxation, dharma talks, and circle sharing. These practices will help you to let go of
tension, and rejuvenate your body and mind as well as calm the mind and discover
inner peace.
Our retreat provides a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals from all 12-step
programs to come together, share their experiences, and support one another. Whether you’re in early recovery or have years of sobriety, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself and your recovery.
Don’t miss this transformative weekend of growth, healing, and connection! Register now to secure your spot, and take the next step towards a more mindful, compassionate, and fulfilling life in recovery.
With Love,
–Your Favorite Magnolia Grove Monastics
