Come celebrate the Buddha’s Continuation Day with us!

We cordially invite you to attend our Sunday Day of Mindfulness on May 5th, 2024 where we will honor his birth, his Enlightenment, and his passing away.
We will uphold the Buddha’s legacy by embodying his teachings: walking mindfully in joy and inner freedom, eating mindfully, being fully present and grateful for our nourishment which is in turn being part time Buddhas (as Thay lovingly taught us)!

Our program is as follows:
8:45 Walking Meditation
9:45 Dharma Talk
11:30 Vesak Ceremony and Bathing the Buddha
12:45 Picnic Lunch
